Hope Medical Shipping Policy

Processing Time

At Hope Medical, we strive to ensure that your order is processed promptly. Typically, it takes between 1 to 3 business days to process your order before it is dispatched. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. During the processing period, we conduct thorough Quality Control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards. Processing times may vary based on product complexity and availability; larger or more popular items may require additional time.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to best meet your needs:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping:
    Delivery within 3 to 7 business days (excluding remote areas).
    For orders under $100.00, a shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
    Orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping.
  • Express Shipping:
    Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
    Flat rate of $35.00.

Not available for P.O. Boxes or to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page for assistance.

International Shipping and Customs Duties

Hope Medical offers international shipping to most major countries. Please be aware that international shipments are delivered duty unpaid, which means that any customs duties or import fees applicable upon reaching the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Hope Medical cannot declare purchases as gifts or undervalue the product price on customs declarations.

Undelivered Packages

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as invalid addresses or severe weather conditions can delay delivery. In such cases, Hope Medical is committed to finding a solution to minimize any inconvenience. If your package does not arrive, please contact us within 45 days for expedited shipping issues, or within 90 days for standard shipping issues.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. However, please remember to cancel or edit your order before shipment preparation.

Please note: once shipment preparation has begun, orders can no longer be edited.
